Youth Adaptive Swim Lessons

Adaptive Swim Lessons

This program is designed for children ages 5-15 who have social, physical, or neurological challenges. This program offers children with disabilities 1:1 teaching in the pool. These 30 minutes lessons are taught by instructors who are familiar with children’s unique needs. Curriculum includes survival skills (floating, rolling over, climbing in and out of the water), basic strokes and breathing as well as building core strength and endurance and overcoming fear of the water. These are private lessons specifically for kids with disabilities, these are not part of the private lessons offered in our 7 week sessions. Lessons are sold in packages of 6.

Benefits of the Adaptive Aquatics Program:
• 1:1 instructor to student ratio = more individualized attention
• Quieter setting
• Parent informational sheet (from parents to instructors, tips to help your child)
• Patience and flexibility (we will teach with the methods and at the speed your child learns)

Schedule:
Schedule is flexible according to swimmer, instructor, and pool availability.

Fees:
Members $262 per package
